My experience at this motel was horrifying after waking up to a bunch of bed bug bites all over my body. That morning I found two bed bugs in the bed I slept in. All I was offered was a new room. I wasn’t even offered the opportunity to wash or dry any of my clothing which left me at risk of possibly bed bugs back home with me after my stay. I was extremely paranoid and constantly had to check my bed every few minutes after getting my room changed. I was still charged full price all 4 nights of my stay and was not offered any refund for the extensive amount of bites that I had. Unfortunately the bites were so bad and scarred my skin in many areas which left me with having to see a dermatologist when I got back home. I absolutely will not return to this motel and I don’t recommend anyone staying here either.

Wifi sucks, I couldn’t get to do any homework, the wifi keeps going in and out. No one comes to clean your room, you have to request for someone to clean your room but no one told me that’s what I have to do till its check out time and i mentioned it that’s when i found out That i needed to request. There’s a surprise fee of $4 i asked the staff why there’s a fee, she said she doesn’t know why lol

Tube paint or surface was peeling and sink Faucet dripping issues was fixed, after that tube kept felling up as i showed within minutes. Seems room i original Reserved was somehow not available, the tube was not cleaned Properly .. staff was good.

I came here for a avicultural gathering and for bird-watching. The hotel is…affordable. While the property was decent enough, and the staff was pleasant, the room was decent enough. Their location was helpful enough but there was trash across the street from them I couldn’t ignore. I was warned in advance that the Wi-Fi was spotty (thankfully, they’re located in an area where the Verizon network was strong so I didn’t even attempt to use the Wi-Fi). When I entered the room, I noticed the floor was sticky throughout. One of the lamp-outlet combinations was dead, the shower was slow to drain, and, to put it mildly, the toilet struggled to handle big bowel movements to the point that the back was starting to leak and it would threaten to overflow but would cooperate at the last second, sometimes needing up to three flushes to clear everything out of the bowl. The amenities was minimal and poor. Thankfully, there’s a Walmart Superstore within walking distance to get additional toiletries. They’re located by a Starbucks, McDonald’s, Waffle House, and Cracker Barrel within walking distance. I’ve brought nearly all of these issues with the lady at the front desk. Economic and affordable are the only good words I can describe this place.

When we arrived the front desk attendant was nowhere to be seen. She shows up 20 minutes later. We are given a key to our room. The motel had ongoing construction with cones everywhere, pieces of the hotel were literally falling off the building/I have the pictures to prove it. We open our room door, we have only 2 bed pillows, both on the floor. We have a plastic cover over the mattress which made sleeping IMPOSSIBLE! There was no duvet, comforter or blanket on the bed at all! I call the front desk, over and over before she finally answered. I told her we had nothing but a sheet on our bed and she says they didn’t have “any more” blankets in the entire hotel. We were on our way to Walmart to buy one…TWO hours later when she calls, says she has one blanket for us. We go to the lobby to pick it up, AGAIN she’s nowhere to be found. 5 other groups were waiting at that point to be checked in. 30 minutes later she shows up. I have to stand 30 more minutes to be given the blanket. I get it to our room and there are literally holes in it the size of your fist! Again I have the pictures to prove it. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD AT A HOTEL IN MY ENTIRE 55 YEARS OF LIFE!

Room was labeled non smoking, but had the distinctive smell of cigarettes. Toilet in bathroom was running when we got in there and there was a rubber band in the tank of the toilet that was necessary to aid in flushing. The a/c unit had mold and cigarette ashes in the grille part and was very noisy when kicked on. The paint was peeling/missing in several parts of the bathroom and there were brown stains in the tub and gaps in the plastic frame that had mold growing in spots, along with the shower head having mold on most of the head. Refrigerator was a good size, but had peeling paint on it and the freezer was in need of defrosting. Light strips behind the head of the bed needed to be unplugged, as there was no switch available to turn them off and would have been very difficult to sleep with them on, as they brightened the entire room. On a bright spot, there weren't any bugs in the room. Could have asked to switch rooms, but after reading numerous Google reviews, was not confident that a change in rooms would provide a better result in room conditions. I would not stay again, even if the room was free. Very disappointing and gives a poor reflection on the Motel 6 brand.

The room was quiet. I didn’t hear a lot from the outside. They are pet friendly and we saw lots of dogs. But we did not hear much barking. The tub had a big lump in the middle. I almost fell in the shower because of it. We reserved a queen but received a room with two doubles. There was absolutely no room to walk around. It wasn’t worth $100/night to us.

Yes everything was outstanding including the staff Phillip was the one who reached out to me prior to my arrival. To make sure he got my disabled accommodations in order and he did an amazing job on that and after I arrived. Thanks for a job well done and a amazing experience.
