Had to call 15 times before i got an answer and they said they didnt know i booked it. Said they would have a captain out in 40 minutes. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they didnt have a captain. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received a refund. There's either super unprofessional or scam artists.」

「The overall experience was friendly and relaxing. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The pool was lovely and always tranquil. The umbrellas and chairs and wagons for the beach were easy to access and always available. The only issue seemed to be that there was very, very little water pressure in our bathroom and kitchen sinks, and the hot water took a good 10 minutes to heat up. 「Cute place with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Full sized fridge and freezer and k-cup machine in the small kitchenette was perfect. Kon Tiki is an ideal spot for a few days' stay not far from beaches. Didn't use the pool but it was clean and inviting.」
