Tastefully appointed apartment, very spacious Lovely balcony , kookaburras stopped by. Host Gaylene left us fresh bread, jam, orange juice and milk for breakfast. Easy walk to Main Street restaurants.

The property was very very nice. Could use a deep clean though. Lots of dust bunnies 🐇. Beautiful big windows and balcony. Comfortable bed and big closet. Shower was amazing! And the apartment was very safe.

In general very good, highly recommend.

Great stay!

It was great to staying here the apartment was reat great. The staff was really outstanding. I can say I would stay here again. Thank you for making my stay great.

Fantastic place to stay. Close to tram stop. Parking is free on the road - just need to be aware of any time limits - but weekends it is fine. Stayed here lots of times, and each time it has been exceptional. On Mother's Day the owner even gave me a bottle of wine and chocolates - so thoughtful.

Great accommodation for a big group. We were a family of 5 with 2 others who tagged along and the 3 bedroom unit was perfect for us. It came complete with everything we needed. We even got to cook and do the laundry. The view was awesome and location was close to Docklands tram. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean room and great location

Staff were very friendly. Location is fantastic. I would stay there again.

Clean room/ friendly staff/ trash pic up/ cleaning services offered/ the lock on the door of our apartment was a little janky didn’t feel like it closed all the way but it was a safe environment.

If I’m ever in Melbourne again, I’ll seriously consider staying at City Stays again! Great property in a fantastic location

We stayed at this place with family for a 4-day conference at University of Melbourne. The location is nice, walkable to the campus and a nice museum, and many restaurants. The room is clean and quiet, with a fully equipped kitchen.
