Hotel just ok, not that clean. When asking to clean the room & change bed, they didn't change the bed sheets, vacuum the room, only dumped the trash & provide towels. The card slot on elevator didn't work well like falling apart, need to insert the card into slot soany time in order to get it work!

Pictures appear to be newer and nicer than the actual. Didn’t know it was an old hotel that was refurbished. Aircon and heater in the room were very noisy. Hotel did not even provide complimentary bottled water, was told to drink from the tap - this was something that was slightly appalling. House keeping was friendly and good, front of house could be a little more helpful and friendly. Location is great however hotel is located on a slightly noisier and rowdier stretch of the city.

Would have been a 5 star experience had the fire alarm not gone off at 8:30 in the morning when I was hoping for a nice relaxing lie in, other than that the room was very comfortable, staff were very friendly and location was convenient to get around.
