"La cama súper cómodas la habitación muy bien organizada y el aire funciona extremadamente una vista hermosa al mar la habitación huele muy rica la atención de los empleados bien lo único que le quitaría punto es en la comida hay muy poca variedad y no tenía muy buen sabor no estaba mal pero no es la mejor"

"I had an amazing stay at Excellence Punta Cana! Everything was wonderful from the beautiful resort and excellent service to the food, which was honestly one of my favorite parts. There was a great variety of restaurants and everything I tried was delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Excellence Punta Cana and would love to come back!"

"My only issue was the food. At the Nest and Sports Bar the buffet was cold and not fully cooked. I heard the same from several guests. At the Nui, the service needs a looking at on Thursday September 10. We went for lunch. We were the only guest when we arrived at 12:30. It took 5 minutes to get the attention of the waitress who was with 4 other employees chatting near the counter. The worse part was I got her attention she went back to chatting and came to us a couple of minutes later. Lastly at the Pizza shop, the chef showed up at 12:35. Where's his backed when he is tided up somewhere else. Through out the resort, there were unhappy employees, complaining about the job. That should be kept behind the scene and not displayed for guests to see and heard. Hopefully, this honest review will assist the resort in fine tuning areas of opportunity."
