「We love the Guest House at Graceland! However, It appears to need some maintenance. There are areas that need to be pressure sprayed and/or repainted outside and the hallways need chair rail to be installed where the cleaning carts have scarred the wallpaper. Also, the carpets are getting worn in the conference rooms and all carpet needs to be cleaned. They need actual refrigerators in the rooms instead of an ice box/cooler. 「Our front desk check in experience was great she was very helpful. Free breakfast was delicious. Beds In our Rooms were comfortable but our room 422 was not as cool a/c wise. The elevators were out of service for one morning of our stay and that really sucked walking down and back up 4 floors. They had the elevator fixed by the time we got back from Graceland.
