「What I did not like -- 1. Hotel was not up to Holiday Inn Express standards. 2. Room smelled musty 3. Breakfast - ? 4. THIS ONE will cause me not to stay at this location again. When we arrived and checked in on a Friday night for only one night. A $150.00 hold was placed on my charge card. This was in addition of the nightly charge of $150.00. I WAS NOT TOLD OF THIS AMOUNT OR TRANSACTION...We would not have stayed. This charge did not credit back till the following Friday...A WEEK..I did...

When my family got there it had already been a crazy long day of driving and our room that should have had two queen beds had been given to someone else (they had a basketball team and a baseball team staying there so we know where it went).
