「The staff were incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. However, there were a few issues that I would like to mention. Firstly, the extremely hot weather this year made it challenging to move our luggage in and out of the elevator, which lacked any cooling air. 「What I did not like -- 1. Hotel was not up to Holiday Inn Express standards. 2. Room smelled musty 3. Breakfast - ? 4. THIS ONE will cause me not to stay at this location again. When we arrived and checked in on a Friday night for only one night. A $150.00 hold was placed on my charge card. This was in addition of the nightly charge of $150.00. I WAS NOT TOLD OF THIS AMOUNT OR TRANSACTION...We would not have stayed. This charge did not credit back till the following Friday...A WEEK..I did...

「The staff was very friendly and helpful! The hotel and rooms were very clean. The evening reception was very nice and relaxing. Had a lot of drink options and plenty of choices for snacks (chips, veggies, dips, party mix). The breakfast buffet was nice and super convenient for everybody with plenty of seats.」
