「Pretty dated, not as nice as we anticipated but acceptable. Large room. Basically clean. We would probably spend a little more and stay elsewhere next time. Bed comfort was marginal.」

Her name was Christine and she did a phenomenal job. She was welcoming, thoughtful, and always greeted us as we were coming and going. This is a young woman who understands customer service!」

「What I did not like -- 1. Hotel was not up to Holiday Inn Express standards. 2. Room smelled musty 3. Breakfast - ? 4. THIS ONE will cause me not to stay at this location again. When we arrived and checked in on a Friday night for only one night. A $150.00 hold was placed on my charge card. This was in addition of the nightly charge of $150.00. I WAS NOT TOLD OF THIS AMOUNT OR TRANSACTION...We would not have stayed. This charge did not credit back till the following Friday...A WEEK..I did...
