「All staff were excellent..in particular Nicola at the front desk..nothing was too much trouble and with a lovely welcoming manner. The room was superb with a lovely view of the river Tyne from both indoors and from the balcony. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent and the fridge was a bonus.
