「Extremely poor service and stay. We were given a smaller room than we had asked for (images do not match the actual state of the room), and the air conditioner is broken; we were provided with fans but we do not have proper ventilation in our room, causing the room to be very hot and stuffy, and after taking a shower the room becomes very damp. 「Great stay! Had 2 rooms for our party and both rooms were extremely clean and comfy, with lovely toiletries, kettle, teas & coffees etc. Very comfy beds. The reception area is lovely and modern too. Every member of staff we encountered was really friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay great.
