"The hotel is currently under construction in certain areas. The room I stayed in was updated and was great. It was missing some bulbs (near the bed) and a hairdryer but otherwise was great. I didn't ask for bulbs because I came in at 3 AM so it wasn't a big deal. The night person was great, I appreciated his quick check-in"

"A maintenance guy walked in to our room while we were sleeping saying that he was coming in cuz we called in saying that our toilet wasn't working. So we told him that it wasn't us who called. My wife had to call down to the lobby using her cell phone cuz the phone on the room wasn't working. So she called in to see what was going on with the maintenance showing up early. They had told us that we had called in do to the toilet. We had told them that it wasn't us that called in and they kept sayings it was us, instead of apologizing."

"Everything was great amenities wise. B|B market the first day of our stay the staff was very friendly. Today on our last day, one of the older ladies running the market/ breakfast was extremely rude & short. We had questions on the breakfast package and she couldn’t be bothered. Mike in the market was so nice & kind! "

"After driving for 13 hours I was excited to find a cheap option in phoenix. Pictures definitely fooled me… I walked in to my room and went to plug in my cell phone charger… was greeted by a trail of cockroaches running in and out of the baseboard. Thank god I didn’t unzip any of my luggage. Refund process was pretty easy thank god"
