「We had a fabulous time. The staff was so cordial and professional. Every restaurant and poolside area was beautifully maintained. Food was superb and prices reasonable for a resort. Daniel the boss of the beach and pool areas was delightful and so helpful and kind. The car service and luggage guys were great and the room stewards were fabulous. 」

「This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. 「GRAND OASIS… honest review here it goes grand oasis is a really nice all inclusive hotel decent food options even for picky eaters this is a good spot to go everything is decently sized not to far not to close and a bunch of pools so no one bothers you it’s like your in your own little oasis for real. Great hotel can’t wait to see what the remodeling is gonna look like
bonus also got to see a bunch of friendly little critters roaming around… first time seeing a coati. Don’t leave your room...
