"Check in was at 4pm checked in at 3:30 pm.didn’t get a room until 5:15 pm. walk in room German roaches running across the counter and cabinets. Take photos and videos to show front desk. She tried to tell me she couldn’t put me in another room. I told her I refuse to be in a room with roaches. Put me in a room with a walk in shower. Was suppose to be I a room with a jacuzzi tub. Front desk staff was rude and not much help. This place looks nothing like the pictures. Overall bad experience "

"I was only there 8hrs. But I’ve stayed there MANY time. It is a TOP NOTCH resort. "

"Price point was great. Breakfast was best we have ever had at hotel. Decent coffee (coffee do 0.2 miles). "

"The rooms were clean but the tub is old with rust stains. The carpets in the hallway outside the room need to be cleaned and there was a musty smell like mildew/sour. I've stayed at lower value chains and have had a better experience. The building is old. Just much to me be done at this “resort” that I don't have the time to notate. The fees are ridiculous for the lack of quality. "

"Large convention hotel. Nice amenities (pool we used) pricey with lots of charges ( not exclusive to this property). Was charged for “premium” WiFi which I didn’t sign up for… or use. Overall a nice product "

"The staff and very nice, check in was easy, got lost getting to my room but that was my confusion. Staff pointed me in the right direction. Downfall was my coffee pot was not cleaned (previous person old coffee pack was still in the pot). Will stay again "
