"We love staying at Cancun. Check in was not great this time. We were supposed to be able to get in at 4pm, but our room was not ready until almost 7pm. Besides the fact that you are expected to pay for the full day, we had plan that evening and it really messed up time spent with family. Other than that it was a great stay, the staff is alway helpful and nice to deal with. "

"The staff were very friendly. I think they must have had a horse event going on. The main downstairs room smelled like a horse barn. We didn’t spend much time in the Casio area. The smoking was too overwhelming. I did like that they had a lot to offer. They had a great variety of restaurants to include ice cream and Starbucks. I wish the Mexican restaurant was open on Tuesdays. We really wanted to eat there for dinner. We were disappointed they are closed on mondays and Tuesdays. Our room was clean but they only left us with one towel and there was 2 of us staying in the room. I didn’t get to see the pool. They close at 6 pm every day. I don’t know why they close so early. Also the spa was closed for renovations. I was really hoping to get a pedicure while we were there. "

"The room was clean, the staff were very kind and friendly, the area around the hotel seemed safe, the buildings are clean inside and out. The only thing I would change is the berkley doesn’t offer room turnover until after 8 days, and being on vacation I don’t want to take time to do the laundry and make the bed. Other than that the hotel is amazing."
