「The building is very old. With this comes issues with either a very steep staircase up to the rooms or use of an emergency exit at the rear (which is made of metal steps with a precarious old mat dangerously situated at the top). The room was lovely but it was very hot as situated above the kitchen. The weather was forecasted to be 28/29 degrees and I had to ask for a fan. It was a struggle to sleep in such temperatures as the fan was noisy so had to be switched off. In the morning I was...

「Hotel was in a beautiful setting and felt safe and secure inside the complex. The bed was so comfortable i didn't want to get up.Will definitely stay here again.」

「We booked a room for one of our engineers. When he arrived they were full booked and had no rooms available for our employee. They didn’t offer to help find him another hotel. We called them with the booking reference same one our employee had shown and still no room at the inn. Totality disappointed with the staff and hotel」

「The room appeared to have not been cleaned after it's previous accounts. There was what looked like fecal matter on the toilet seat, bodily fluids on the bedding which definitely hadn't been changed and the room smelt like someone had been smoking, even though this is illegal. The staff didn't seem to care when we handed the keys back and left without even viewing another room. Do not stay here, do not give them your money. The environmental health should inspect and close them down.」
