「Great location, Excellent customer service. Central to beaches and shops. 」

「The hotel is located near the airport. You can drive for around 10 mins to access. Petrol station is driving for around 15 mins. The room is spacious. The hotel does not provide cleaning service unless you pay extra charges. You have to clear the garbage by yourself. However if you are staying for over 7 days, once cleaning service will be provided. There is swimming pool and gym room, good for spending time and relaxing. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and 2 supermarkets. All are closed...

「This was an excellent experience with clean functional rooms, friendly staff who allowed us to check in early. Parking was directly outside the cabin..perfect!」

「Clean room, and staff were good although very little interaction with them. Bed was comfortable and aircon quiet and effective. TV was a not user friendly and quite small. Overall our stay was pleasant enough.」

「服務員非常友善，我們遲了一點時間才Check-in，想不到她還在等我們，還主動up-grade我們的房間，原因是太重的行李，只住一晚就不用走樓梯上去，還友善的講解如何開車到機場，距離機場真的非常近，5分鐘的車程而已。房間內也很整潔，設備也很齊全，想不到會有多士爐，可能是家庭式房間吧。酒店內還有一個小小的泳池，如果是要早機離開的，絕對推薦前一晚選擇在這裡住一晚，最晚的check-in時間是9點，但請先通知酒店服務員。」

「A shopping Mall is a 5 minute walk, all the main supermarkets, Aldi,Coles,Woolworths, a butchers, market stalls & more. The main strip for Coolongata is a 10-15minute walk away. Safe area at night, nice local parks, fuel station at the end of France’s street. The room was clean, ample towels, toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities, Iron,hairdryer in the room.
