「交通及购物不便利」

「This resort was nice and has great potential but unfortunately it hasn’t been maintained as well as it should have been over the years. The silicone in the shower was full of mould and the tv was so outdated we couldn’t even watch a movie. The only food available during the day was a toastie or a pizza made by the bar staff. The girl in charge of the bar seemed scattered and like she was off with the fairies. Service was slow even though it was extremely quiet and there wasn’t usually more...

「When I booked this hotel room - the photos used was showing rooms overlooking the pool in different angles. I booked the room and paid a non refundable payment. I assumed that we would get a similar looking room with that view as that was what was what they were showing, that’s why I picked this property.
