「There is no staff on location, so if anything goes wrong, you get a sorry via text. The main phone number is disconnected. You can't actually reply to the text that they send you the information from. Personally I'd give it a wide birth.」

「We had booked 4 nights at Peppers with our 3 month old daughter. We called ahead to confirm the portacot for the room and was told it would be there on arrival. After checking in, we walked to our room to find heavy construction next door and above our room.
