Unfortunately a very disappointing stay. From the moment we checked in to our cabin the dirt and mould was evident throughout. This place has not been properly cleaned in years. Kids beds were terrible, with ridiculously old and hard mattresses with a large amount of dust, dirt and mould all around the bunk bed windows. Holes in the wall in the bathroom that could have very easily been repaired. Balcony roofing/awning is undone and would be dangerous in high winds. Loads of dust and dirt under tables and beds and floor was dirty. There was a broom in the cupboard to sweep (which was definitely needed) but no dustpan to sweep the pile up off the ground. Very disappointing for the Ingenia brand. Pros: Reception staff were friendly and helpful The pool area was nice enough and seemed to be well maintained.

This is my second time staying here in the last couple of years and it just wasn’t as well maintained as it was previously. I know there was a weather event a couple of weeks ago but I would’ve hoped the shade sail over the pool could’ve gone back up by now, blackspot be tackled in the pool and a little bit of maintenance to the grounds like lawns be done.

Although the standard cabin was compact it had everything we needed for an overnight stay. However it was a bit of a drive to the kingscliff beach and shops

They don’t answer the phones ever. There is no information booklet so you know how to access wifi and find the beach. As long as you understand your on your own it’s great!

Very easy to find your cabin/site, great aircon as well! The bed was extremely comfortable after a long trip!! The view from our deck was gorgeous this morning, had a lovely cup of tea while we watched the sunrise :)

We rented a cabin for two days we only stayed for one as the parking for the cabin was difficult due to a van site next door and only a limited area to park infront of the cabin. The bed was very poor very soft no support and it collapsed in the centre where my wife and I would roll to. The grounds of the complex were untidy and in good need of a clean up. The cabin itself was small and a little dirty. The reception was good and the book in process quick and simple

The park itself is great. The Villa left a lot to be desired. The bathroom especially the ceiling was covered in mould which was quite concerning health wise. The second bedroom with bunks didnt have a fan. I know they couldn't have a ceiling mounted one due to bunks but even a small wall mounted one would give air flow. There was air con in the lounge/kitchen/dining which got some in but this meant leaving the door open. If you had light sleepers it would be hard to do anything in the living space.

Good economical stay

Stayed in small cabin, good for the price, clean, comfy bed. Convenient to park next to entrance door. Compact kitchenette worked ok for us. It would be nice to have hooks for hanging clothes and towels plus a shelf in the bathroom, but otherwise ok.

We stayed in unit 11. We did not have a designated car park. We would suggest that a towel rail be added to the kitchen area for hanging the tea towel. The fan on the wall in the bedroom was not efficient and was very dirty. It may work better after a good clean or better still, be replaced. The pool was great and the location suited our purposes. Thanks

Paid extra $120 charge for children, yet their bunk beds weren't made upon arrival, only sheets left on the beds to make for ourselves. If you're going to be charged to use them, they should be made up for you. Additionally, the bunks aren't vacuumed under the mattress; sand, rubbish, etc. They are also short, so our 12yr old had to sleep on the lounge which was longer. Not a great starting impression. Aircon is only in the living area, so need to sleep with the main bedroom door open & aircon on 18 degrees to get some of the cool air into the bedroom. Also meant the kids were freezing as the bunks are in the living room. There was limited/missing cups & plates, not enough of everything for 4 guests. Need to be checked after each stay in case of breakages etc. Otherwise, it was clean, the main bed was comfortable, the shower was hot with great water pressure, the pool is big & covered with a shade sail. It was expensive for what it was, but it was Christmas holidays & we still enjoyed our stay.
