「The staff was excellent!! Service and food was outstanding!!」

「Front desk- very slow… rooms aren’t ready! Many employees standing around…. Need to help the guests…. Get into their rooms asap… resort was clean but trash and dishes … left around! Little things make the difference …. Trash etc no excuse for that all around property… also had room w private pool came back from excursion and employees children were in our swim up pool and didn’t leave when we cane back! staff is friendly drinks at the mix bar were delicious! Didn’t have a bad drink! Wish we had...

「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」

「Hotel is in a perfect area. The resort is beautiful. They have a lot of restaurants. Nice sea overview. I had a swimup pool room, it was really nice. I only went in once. Was nice for the experience. Hotel staff were very helpfull. Because I requested a late checkout but it was not possible anymore because of an arrival they had for that room they offered me a place to store my bags and the possibility to stay at the resort and/ shower because our flight was 7pm. Only thing was that i checked...

「Outdated room but very nice staff and unbelievable room. Low water flow in shower (Room 102). Staff provided earplugs which was great for the smoke detector sound coming from frogs all night. Would stay again but ideally in one of the newer rooms. 」
