「Very disappointing experience at Secrets St. Lucia. The resort facilities feel old and outdated, and the pools were not clean. Service from the staff was average at best, and service at every restaurant was extremely slow. We also found a cockroach in our room, and after calling for help, no one came for over an hour. Overall, this resort does not live up to its beautiful location or the Secrets brand.」

「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」

「The Staff was friendly, courteous, and treated us like family. The food and service were phenomenal. Above our expectations, Not a worry while on the premises. Everything is in walking distance, the beach is across the road. The resort has seating at the beach prearranged. The disappointment that had nothing to do with the resort, is the main airport is 1 in half hour traveling. Recommend this resort, you would not regret it!」

「I did not like the nightly food that was specifically prepared for me n my family.i stayed for 5 nights and the only time i enjoyed my dinner was the last night before i left.It was Caribbean night. I did not like Italian night,or French night and it was not much of a variety for me.
