The hotel was very welcoming and the facilities on site are everything you need, the hotel staff are helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them, The food and drink options are great and are very good quality.

Coco Palm is a perfect retreat for those who value peace and quiet. The resort lacks live entertainment and planned activities, but it does feature a bar, a restaurant, and a gym. The breakfast is the same each day, but the location of the hotel is excellent. The lobby staff are wonderful, while the waitresses at the restaurant are less personable.

Établissement de qualité, le personnel est à l’écoute. Bonne situation géographique. Le restaurant est une belle découverte, les mets dégustés y sont de qualité, une expérience gustative extraordinaire. La chambre est magnifique et propre. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

The staff at the Coco Palm could not have done more to make our trip St Lucia a memorable one. Even if this hotel isn’t 5*, the service and hospitality was! The welcome and check-in was excellent and our room was exactly like the photos on the website. Throughout the stay the room was cleaned daily to an excellent standard. The hotel is ideal for travellers wanting to stay in Rodney Bay, with lots of good bars and restaurants within 10 mins walk of the hotel. During our stay we met a fantastic travel rep called ‘The One’ who arranged an excellent trip to the Gros Islet Jump Up and a Catamaran Tour to Soufiere. If you meet him, he is one of the good ones! The reason for an overall 4* review was the limited choice of foods for breakfast and at busier times, some of these choices were not available. When staying Bed and Breakfast, the breakfast is a key part of the experience and I would have expected a wider choice and for option to be restocked more frequently.

Coco Palm is a lovely hotel, the all in clusive options was extensive and restaurant style which we enjoyed. We really appreciated the front desk staff who were always helpful and friendly, they even upgraded us and helped us with anything we asked. Food was good, pool was lovely. Parking was easy, we travelled around quite conveniently all trip and the beach was walking distance, as were some local shops, a few restaurants and the bank. Rooms were large and had everything required. A few repairs or slight maintainence in bathroom would have improved the rooms more but nothing that ruined our stay.

The property is old and a very outdated. While the food was amazing, the wait time was terrible. We stayed there for 5 days and not one day were we offered coffee for breakfast. My husband and i had to go find it ourselves. Some of the wait staff was nice. Mya at the bar was super great and very kind. The housekeeper was very great too. The walk to the beach wasnt bad but the beach has construction all around, so i wasn't the most relaxing. Overall, the hotel was okay.

The staff is not trained to treat foreigners. Each time I asked for coffee they brought it around time to finish my breakfast. Very low service quality.

Note ....You are not able to get breakfast after 10am. I don't like keeping a schedule when im on vacation. Perhaps they can extend the hrs to 11 understanding that not everyone is an early riser when on vacation....

False porpaganda y no es todo incluido como prometen es solo un enganche, ya qur en la descripcion no ponen las restrinciones de todo incluido y no hay tantas opciones solo un restauran y un solo bar , y una pisina bien chikita , las playas bien lejo y el aero puerto de donde tienen permiso aterrisar las lineas aerias de usa queda a 2 horas en carro al hotel y tecobra 100 y 120 dollares al llevarte ya que el hotel no provee trasportacion las habitasiones no son tan lipias ni las condicionez que enseñan el las fotografia , en mi opinion le quitaria estrellas y no le diera ni una , por falsa propaganda. Grasias por haserme perder mi tiempo

Overall had a great trip and the resort did a good job with a good number of things. Loved spending time by the pool except on our last day, the resort allowed a group of about 30 small children from a local summer camp to use the pool ALL DAY. I thought this was unacceptable—literally ruined the pool area for those of us spending thousands of dollars to be here on vacation. Also: why was there never music playing?? Idk, seems like such an easy thing to add that would enhance the vibe so much. Food was pretty good, but would’ve liked some more casual options. The AC in the room was good but it would’ve been nice if cool air had been circulating in the lobby area too. Staff were kind and helpful for the most part. The rooms themselves are a little dated—I think with a renovation this place could be incredible.
