We were given a very friendly reception when we arrived. The hotel is beautiful and very clean The buffet breakfast offered a good choice of English and Caribbean foods. The pool was clean and it was easy to get a sunlounger and towels. It was easy to walk to the Main Street in Rodney Bay from the hotel. I would give it 5 stars all the way except from 9pm to 2am the loud music from the nearby nightclubs kept me awake.

Coco Palm is decent, locally owned 3 star hotel with a good restaurant and it’s close to the beach, shops and other restaurants. It’s a solid option for the budget traveller. We were a bit disappointed as it doesn’t look like it does in the photos on the website. The pool is nice but it’s not nearly as big as it looks in the photos on the website and on Instagram. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed but there were a few deficiencies such as taps leaking, toilet not flushing and tv not working well. All of which we could live with. It is a just 3 star hotel after all. This is not Secrets! The air conditioner was new and worked extremely well. The bed was not comfortable at all. It was like sleeping on a brick! The staff start making as much noise as humanly possible between 6-7am so don’t plan to sleep in! Most of the staff were fantastic! Some were a little cool, rude and unfriendly at first but once they got to know us many of them warmed up. We were there for a week. We are Canadians and maybe they thought we were Americans at first. Breakfast is average but it’s okay. The selection is same every day but there is a fresh egg and omelet station. Limited fruit choices. Many people loved the restaurant food but we are foodies and chefs and so found it just average. As Canadians we found the food very expensive particularly for the portion sizes. Amazing crab cakes and cocktails however! Wine is decent and is reasonably priced.

Coco Palm was the perfect stay for our vacation! The beach along with multiple restaurants and shopping are just a quick walk! Property was beautiful and staff was very helpful. We would definitely return!

The resort is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and attentive. We traveled with a 3 month old and they were always so nice and kind to him. Always sharing a smile and asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay easier. The room was spotless each day. Food was also really good. Best part is the location! Walking distance to everywhere. Just great! Thank you CocoPalm.

The main building of the property including the rooms and the dining room and bar were kept very clean. The staff members were generally friendly. Special thanks to Garfield for arranging our catamaran tour with Sea Spray Cruises and Vanessa in the dining room for her consistently cheery service. We purchased the all inclusive plan and found the food to be very good. The beach was a short walk away and stores and restaurants were nearby. Nice, locally owned boutique resort.

Staying at this resort was an absolutely delight. The proximity to restaurants and lounges was a huge plus. All the staff I encountered were absolutely amazing, but I need to give a special shout out to Telcar❤️ She took care of me and my friends as if we were her own. She radiated joy and happiness every time I saw her with her bubbly personality and jokes. Also the male Night Shift receptionist (I apologize for not catching your name) looked out for us whenever we had a late night. It is because of her and the other amazing staff why I intend to visit St. Lucia and stay at Coco Palm again.

Wonderful resort! It has everything you need. The food at the resort restaurant was really good. It’s close to lots of restaurants & bars. 5 min walk to Reduit Beach. It was perfect for what we wanted.

The pool was lovely, as were the grounds. The staff, especially the groundskeepers and housekeepers were very friendly and warm. A nice feature is that the pool is open 24 hours, which I loved. Minor complaints: Visitors should be aware that the land along Reduit Beach near the hotel is walled off and under major construction. You have to walk down a pretty unattractive stretch of road to access the beach. We asked for a room change to a higher floor when we arrived and were told that the hotel was at capacity, but the room next to us and several others seemed to remain empty during our 4 day visit. Again, these are minor issues. The place is beautiful.

I must say, WOW! The staff was very courteous and we were given welcome drinks. The room was nice and pool side. My husband is a swimmer, this was super convenient for him. What impressed me most, was how friendly the staff was. Everyone always had a "genuine smile." Usually, hotel restaurants are a little mediocre, this one was really good. The chef knew what he was doing. Breakfast was inclusive in our price and what a breakfast. It was a buffet with a separate line for omelet. What a spread that was. You were left wanting for "nothing" at Coco Palm. I would definitely go back there and highly recommend it.

A little jewel! Great hotel, rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. Very clean Staff are extremely friendly, courteous, polite. They all really seem happy to work there and they all seem to get on really well.. All inclusive plan is amazing. Shops and restaurants around hotel. Would love to come back. Highly recommend this place

The room was nice and housekeeping was wonderful and pleasant ..Any requests were taken care off straight away..The concierge was amazing and helpful...They lost two stars because of the restaurant both for dinner and breakfast. The food for dinner was mediocre and not fresh in my opinion...My Mahi Mahi was like it had been cooked and reheated and was dry and boring and my wife meal tasteless . The service was so unfriendly and I think the staff did not know they work in hospitality and customer service is very important. Asked one server for lime and she said she would be back but ten minutes later she was till on her phone in other room ...Breakfast same no customer service asked for bananas on Island that grows bananas and she said no. So u lost two stars for that part (Restaurant)

Room smelled like an old people's home, and the mattress was sinking into the bed frame. It was very uncomfortable. We waited over an hour and a half for dinner, then left to get dinner elsewhere. Will not return.
