We loved our stay! The grounds, facilities, and rooms are updated and well maintained. Plenty of pool or beach options, love the lazy river. Every one of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and willing to assist. The food...so many choices!! Plenty of entertainment options. There is something for everyone! Highly recommend!

We spent 3 days here for our 3rd wedding anniversary. There are plenty of food options. The children’s area had a ton of activities and we got to enjoy the adults only spaces! Rooms were clean and the staff were amazing. Zara at the front desk is a gem.

The resort exceeded expectations! I love that the pools are not restricted to certain times. The food was bland to my liking because i am Caribbean and i tend to eat alot of spices but it was still ok! Airport shuttle was convenient, check in was a breeze and the property was well maintained. The only thing that needed more work were the bathrooms. It needed to be updated (shower was a bit cramped). The buffet was really good...lots of variety and the food tasted fresh. Service was a bit slow in the mornings but that's understandable given the high volume of guests. The activities were fun and we loved taking walks after dinner to enjoy the expansive resort. I would definitely recommend Coconut Bay to anyone looking for a resort in Saint Lucia.

We have just got back from a fantastic 8 nights at Coconut Bay. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything you need. The food was also good with some amazing desserts. The gym was well equipped for a decent workout and the pool areas were nice and again kept clean. The best thing about the Coconut Bay was the staff, so helpful and friendly - special shout outs to Thomas at the pool bar and Kemale in the lobby bar who were amazing! The only thing that was slightly irritating was that the WiFi wasn’t fantastic unless we were in the room but we could have paid to upgrade if we were that bothered. We would definitely return as had an amazing time.

Resort is immaculately kept- pools are clean and lots of lounge chairs to pick from. We paid for the concierge room- we received daily snacks, a private check-in, early reservations and a premium bottle of alcohol but was disappointed they didn’t reach out before we checked out. Need more nightly entertainment but overall a great place to vacation.

Very testy food and lots of variety. Room was spotless and everyone was very attentive.The show was good and entertainment. The beach was cleaned daily.I would recommend visiting the North side of the island to sulfurous baths and water fall in Soufriere.Make sure you book snorkel trip at the Sugar Bay. We do not recommend deep sea fishing trip booked by the resort. I would recommend and return to this resort. We had the club,adults only resort.

The resort is amazing! The grounds are clean and easy to navigate. The staff are all smiles, ready to serve and get everyone involved in the many activities offered without any pressure. This resort is so close to the airport and has free shuttle to and from. Upon arrival we were given a drink and a cool towel, check in was easy and fast. Our room was clean and has all the basic amenities, soaps hairdryer mini fridge stocked daily with bottled water. Balcony was nice and has a rack to hang wet bathing suits. The resort itself is older but very small and easy to get to everything. You can always find a pool chair and the pool staff are very attentive and kind. Ask Sandy for her signature coconut mojito at the swim up bar, you won’t be disappointed. It’s not difficult to make a reservation at any of the restaurants either, and I believe that’s because the buffet has amazing food as well so you can always find something to eat from fresh made stir fry and pasta for dinner and omelettes and waffles in the morning there is an abundance of delicious foods and so much fresh veg and fruits. Calabash is my favourite reso restaurant serving Caribbean fare and delicious steaks. And there were 3 outdoor dinners by the pool in the week we were here, country night, American Thanksgiving dinner and a Carnival night. The staff that work here put their heart and soul into this resort. Some are here from the early morning until way into the night serving entertaining and making sure everyone is having the best time. If you’re looking for a fun family friendly place with amazing food, a slower pace and some of the kindest people in the Caribbean you need to come to Coconut Bay!

Returned to Coconut Bay after 10 years and brought our 8 and 5 year old. The experience was fabulous. The staff, some of which were still there from our last trip, are personable, joyful, and helpful. They're either great at faking it across the board, or everyone seems to enjoy working at Coconut Bay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and updated. Our kids particularly enjoyed the water slides, swim up bar for non-alcoholic drinks, and the rescued pups at the 'zoo'. I also appreciated how multicultural the guests are - from all over the world. Even some local St. Lucian families were enjoying a stay at Coconut Bay.

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff is excellent especially Chloe at front desk. Chad and Roe the servers always made sure we had everything we needed during our meals. They made our trip extra special.

Superb staff and nice facilities. The food and drinks were excellent as well! Shekina in the main dining room and Bertha at Silk really shined. Mary’s omelettes were very tasty. Tyron at the lobby bar made drinks as delightful as his personality. Our only major concern was that the resort was not as handicapped-accessible as we had hoped— especially the lazy river. Other than that, we had a super week!
