While the staff at the property were friendly and attentive, our overall experience was affected by poor communication with management, which caused several setbacks. The food was disappointing often too salty, bland, or served cold which led us to dine off-property at times. Although breakfast was the highlight of the meals, the overall menu was limited, repetitive, and many items were unavailable. Unfortunately, the dining experience did not meet our expectations.We reported that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly, and it took three days and a second complaint for the issue to be addressed. Additionally, despite informing the hotel of our early arrival, we were made to wait over five hours for our room, even after a long and exhausting flight. After raising concerns, we were given an upgrade, but it did little to make up for the inconvenience.
