Checked in 7PM. During the check in process, the hotel concierge did not share information regarding the mandatory guest orientation every morning at 10AM. In addition, the concierge did give the cooler and ice or beach towels to go to the beach. There was no information shared about where the beach chairs could be found for the hotel on the beach.
The maid service was decent but one day there were no face towels left after the room was cleaned. When we went to inquire we were told that hotel services were closed for the night and they would not reopen until 6AM the next day.
Dining room has limited options, the menu remained the same throughout the trip and it takes the dining room staff a very long time to bring out the food that is ordered. Staff member Eloise was exceptional, she did her best to accommodate the group.
As they are advertised as a boutique hotel, this hotel did not meet my expectations and I would not return for future stays
