「Overall it was not a pleasant experience from the minute we checked in. I was abandoned during the check in for thirty minutes. 「The room was basic but contained everything I needed. I had a garden view on the top floor which was lovely. The air con worked fine and so I kept windows closed which had the added benefit of keeping mosquitoes / bugs out. Having my pot of tea and biscuits in the room each night was a nice touch. Besides the room, the property was gorgeous. Very well laid out and plenty of activities. The only times spent in the room were to shower, get changed, and sleep. 「The resort is breathtaking. But…. I must warn you that if you are the typical traveler that loves hotel rooms with Ac and Televisions like I am. 「Hotel is in a perfect area. The resort is beautiful. They have a lot of restaurants. Nice sea overview. I had a swimup pool room, it was really nice. I only went in once. Was nice for the experience.
Hotel staff were very helpfull. Because I requested a late checkout but it was not possible anymore because of an arrival they had for that room they offered me a place to store my bags and the possibility to stay at the resort and/ shower because our flight was 7pm.

「I was placed in a room with a horrible sewer smell, the ceiling fan lights not turning on and balcony door couldn’t lock on the ground floor, large holes in the blanket very expensive resort but not worth it. I will not be staying at this resort never again. 」
