This was our third stay at Soco House. We love the environment at the hotel, staff is all very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Vlad, the GN is a wonderful person and very friendly, all of the staff are! This is our home away from home and we will be back soon! The beach is just a short walk away, there are vendors walking the beach which can annoy some people, but we have become friends with many of them over the years. They aren’t pushy like in other locations and the beach is generally pretty quiet. The ocean is beautiful and warm! Don’t worry if you have rain in the forecast either, it won’t last long!! St.Lucia is beautiful, the people are wonderful and we will be bak soon!! Thanks Soco House!

Quaint location, excellent staff. Like all things on the island, patience and kindness are key. Take advantage of the nearby beach (hotel loungers available, bar will provide a cooler of beverages if that interests you to take), beautiful sunset spot (very short walk from the hotel).

Soco House was a lovely spot to spend a week in the sun. Located directly in Rodney Bay, the beach is a short walk away with chairs and umbrellas available for hotel guests. A short walk into town if you want a change of scenery or do some shopping, everything is very close and convenient. The staff at the hotel were lovely and the food was good. I would recommend ordering the local options, because we found they were consistently better than other options on the menu. The rooms were pretty basic, but clean and spacious. The air conditioning was great, and the water pressure was fantastic! The hotel is about 1.5 hours from the international airport, on a very twisty and steep roads.

This resort was wonderful. The food and drinks are all inclusive. The restaurant was not buffet but you order what you want off of the menu. This is probably due to the smaller size of the resort. Wait times varied but it was understandable due to the small size of the resort, and it wasn’t ridiculously long. The staff was all so kind and it felt like home at the resort. The day we left we hugged everyone as we felt like they we were all our friends. I was genuinely sad to leave. I would recommend the soco house to anyone looking to see st Lucia. Rooms were perfect. Small but had everything we needed. Gym was somewhat small but you could get done what you needed. The area is also great and walkable to different bars and restaurants if that interests you. The beach is also right down the road. On the beach, people will lead you to the chairs that are affiliated with the hotel. We will definitely be back!! Thank you to everyone at soco house!!!!

The property is well located in terms of beach access (about a 10min walk) and boat pick up for boat tours around the island. Taxis abound, making it easy to get to areas where you need to go. The property is well maintained, especially the pool area. I had a suite, so plenty of room for the king bed, bathroom, and outdoor balcony to read and relax. The furniture in the bedroom is a bit tired but functional. The room was clean and cool with room AC. The food was good and consistent high quality. The food service can sometimes be slow and less than welcoming, but all in all, a pleasant experience.
