Staff were really friendly. Food was good, breakfast service was slow at times, though who's in a rush when on holiday. Short walk to a great beach, with loungers dedicated to the hotel. The hotel will also supply a cool box of drinks to take to the beach, a brilliant touch! Would definitely return.

STAFFING is the foundation of a great stay. SoCo House has that foundation. You arrive there and have any request, or question answered. It's comforting to go a resort that gets you. My place to stay on the island.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They made us felt not only safe but like family as well! The rooms were very clean and a perfect size for us and in a great location! Although we weren’t there for long, we would rebook Soco House for our next trip to St. Lucia in a heart beat!

Staffs were very friendly. Hotel itself needs updating lot's of renovation needed for an 4 star.More options also for snacks during the day. The rooftop bar not accessible too steep stairs hazardous unfortunately as its the most beautiful spot.

Gym needs urgent attention to be improved. Rooms were in great condition Major challenge was the long wait time especially at dinner. I would recommend making it clear that the all inclusive is A La Carte and not Buffet

Great staffs with wonderful people’s specially Eloise at the dinner reception, we spent a great time there everything is close from the hotel (less than 1km) for restaurants, shopping mall, The hotel is clean the foods is good but my only complaint it’s the menu is restricted. My freezer in my room didn’t work and they have a tv without option for channels. Love the beach, love the famous Friday night . It was an excellent week there. Thx for your hospitality.
