The room was neglected and lacked basic maintenance. The “all inclusive” was basic, very long wait time for food and very small portion sizes, no entertainment options, poor beach amenities. Hotel is listed as 4 stars but barely meets a 2 star standard. Servers were great, very friendly.

We had a great time, and having a car really elevated our experience. The food was amazing and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The rooms were fair and not exactly as pictured on the Expedia site. None the less we had an outstanding time.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, food was good. That is about all the good I can share. The service is extremely slow with everything. There is nothing to do at this hotel. No nightlife, no entertainment. There are some restaurants within walking distance but even the town seems dead. The beach water is nice but you have to walk about a block and a half to get to it and then the vendors there will give you the most beat-up chairs on the beach which are contracted by the hotel. Over all we were not pleased with the all-inclusive we booked.

This adult only resort was a great with good food, but the menu doesn’t have too many food options. There is one restaurant in the resort and sometimes there is a waitlist to eat. The staff are very friendly and professional. Yes I would go there again.

I love the Soco house, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Ryan at the front desk was excellent, always making us laugh. Trevor and Zidane at the bar was great. I definitely would stay there again.

The property is beautifully maintained, intimate, and perfectly located near Rodney Bay, making it easy to explore while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. I want to give a special thank you to Eloise, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, always checking in to ensure I was comfortable and enjoying my experience. Her energy and care made me feel seen, supported, and completely at ease—something that means a lot when traveling alone. The food was delicious (I’m currently still thinking about the blackened tuna and bread and butter pudding), the rooms were clean and modern, and the overall vibe of the hotel was calm yet social enough if you want to connect with others. I felt safe at all times, and the staff went above and beyond to create a welcoming environment. I would highly recommend Soco House to solo travelers, especially women looking for a luxurious yet comfortable all-inclusive experience in St. Lucia. I’m already looking forward to returning! The safe are very nice.The only two Problems I have is they need to have a buffet style for breakfast they take too long to serve the guests..an the next problem that I have is they need more sockets in the rooms to plugs our devices.
