「I recently stayed at July Apartments and had a really pleasant experience. The apartment was clean, spacious, modern, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The option for a full kitchen in the lobby was a plus, which was perfect for preparing a few meals during my stay. The air conditioning worked great and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout. 「This is a great vacation spot in Simpson Bay. My wife and I celebrated our 25th here. The location and views are perfect. Walking distance to everything Simpson Bay and a great starting point for the whole island ( you need a car). Accommodations are as they look in the photos and the owners are attentive to all needs. Fully recommend. You won’t go wrong. 」

「We had a great condo, well furnished, beds were great, great view except for the railing being so high on the lanai. Also, cooking pans and knives could use an update. Waves are rough on this side of the island so you must travel to snorkel.」
