Staffs are friendly, room is clean , pools are a little small, buffet doesn’t have much variety , beach is amazing, the burger stand is delicious, liked the capuchino at the cafe, tried the Italian restaurant and it’s good, the tavern wings were a little dry, we didn’t get a chance to try other places since we had a short stay, but we will definitely come back. And I like the short 5min to the airport.

My Sonesta Maho vacation was amazing! From the check-in to the actual 6 night stay to the check-out, no issues or complaints. Our room was cleaned daily, the food was good, the gym was sufficient for my use and I had a great time using the pool daily. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely revisit this resort.

The hotel, amenities and pool were great! The only downside was we found the food options kind of bland and boring. Also, most of the staff are not as friendly as expected. Most of the time, they seemed unhappy to be there. Overall, we had a nice time.

Most of the staff not very pleasant - with exception of Italian restaurant. Resort under construction even on sundays. Kerik and Charlie made the trip - bartenders other than resort is ok , beaches are beautiful and close to airport which is nice and can see the planes take off and land

The room was clean and nice great views. A lot of things close very early the swim up bar close at 6 the pool closes early. A lot of employees were very rude didn’t smile at all it’s very hard to tip people when you feel like your bothering people!! All the Food was very good!! This was our first all inclusive hotel we are usually cruise people so this hotel didn’t make us want to switch over. Our friends we went with said don’t go off this hotel because the other all inclusive they have been to definitely are better then this hotel!!
