「Room was decent but housekeeping never replenished. Even the Toilet Paper!! Beds were comfortable. AC worked ok. Check-in took forever. Not exactly sure why it would take as long as it did. 98% of the staff is rude and actually look miserable. Hotel is very picturesque but some of the grounds are unkept. Pools were clean. We did AI and breakfast was good; Lunch always took forever so we started ordering on beach. That was fine just boring. Dinner was not good. Go back to your themed...

「Nice hotel, friendly staff and good facilities. Pool, bar, café and beach beds are very nice. The rooms are okay. The first room had no window, so I was easily transferred to another room. A nice room, only the door to the next room allowed for hearing all conversations. Luckily we all were willing to adjust our volume. All in all a nice hotel, pleasant stay!」
