It was amazing! The beach was incredible. Our room was clean, and the majority of the staff was amazing. My only issue were some of the waitresses were definitely. But everyone at the front desk all of the taxi services, etc. were amazing!

The resort is decent, the hours of operation should be longer in my opinion the swim up bar by the pool closes at 5pm the pool closes at 7pm the buffet close at 10 pm everything else close at 11pm if you get hungry at night after going out there will be nothing to eat. The food is okay. Now let’s get into the rooms the shower heads are horrible the water smelled so bad we had to open the patio door to air out the room. The water has irritated my skin. The staff wasn’t very welcoming. I often felt brushed off by the staff while they waited on others. I felt a lil bit of racism. I stayed at divi for 3 nights i paid my hotel in full on Feb 9th however when i got there they said i had a balance. When i told them i didn’t they went to the back came out agin didn’t say anything and proceeded to check me in. The next day my card was charged $1,397 it was declined so they charged it an additional 2 times i spoke with the front desk about it but didn’t get real answers as to why they don’t see the full payment paid in Feb. when i left st Martin they charged my card again leaving me with a negative balance. I had all prof that i paid in advance and i was never given an apology i had to wait a week for a refund. The customer service rep that i spoke to was very kind and attentive.

Our first room was not what we thought we had booked. It was far away from main buildings and up a steep hill. There was not a direct view of the water. We asked for a change and the staff accommodated us after one day. The room over looking the beach was great, convenient to everything with a modern kitchen with washer dryer and balcony.

The room was very spacious and the view directly in front of the ocean was picturesque to say the least. However, we didn’t expect the running water to be hard, sulfuric to be exact. The pool to the swim up bar was in need of cleaning, the hot tub was filthy and not hot whatsoever. We dipped our toes in to test the water and left with a very thick film of grime all over us. Lastly, the septic system on the resort has a hut in the center of it in front of the spa . Brace yourself when you have to walk past a gust of foul wind to get to where you’re going. On the bright side, the staff were genuinely pleasant to interact with, the beach was pristine, the food was pretty good and the cleanliness of the rest of the property met our expectations. We visited the rooftop bar multiple times and got great reception from the staff there. There were two especially pleasant staff by the name of Sheena at Pure Ocean and Lew at Gizmo’s and they elevated the quality of our stay almost immediately. Their impeccable hospitality turned a lackluster trip into a great stay.

Gorgeous beach for walking and relaxing on. The water is so clear and calm. You can float on the water on for hours. Lots of great choices for eating. Beautiful pools especially the infinity ones. Rooms are lovely and super clean. We arrived when the maid was cleaning and there was not one surface that was not thoroughly cleaned. Even the balcony. We will definitely be back next year!!!!!!

Bring coffee, tea, cream, sugar, & plenty of hair conditioner as none is provided. No wifi in older rooms but heard newer rooms on rt side (looking from beach w water behind you) had some wifi. Only 7 channels on TV. Very weak & spuraric wifi. All inclusive not worth it. Food so so. Short on staff (they need to hire more). Timeshare presentation optional but was very polite. Our suite was large. Private bedroom, bath, living rm, kitchen. But not even salt and pepper in room. Spuratic maid service. Ran out of toilet paper and towels twice. Banged loudly and aggressively at 10pm to deliver towels after requesting 2 days. Resort public areas needs upgrading but full facility. (Old furniture, tiles missing at pool, etc) But could easily become 4* w upgrades (food), Maintenance & more staff. Pd 2775 not inclusive for a week. (We never went without a drink and ate when wanted and still paid over half as much if we did all inclusive). Bring $1's for cash tips. ASK FOR NEWER REMODELED ROOMS when you book.

Clean room with lots of space. Nice pools but the beach is one of the best with clean clear water and beach. Staff was hit and miss. Some very kind and helpful but many seemed unfriendly and like they were being inconvenienced. Service is actually quite terrible overall in the restaurants. Front desk and concierge service were good. Beach service very good also.

Was a great beach and nice resort, but way understaffed and mismanaged . We were all inclusive, so everytime you would eat , you would have to wait for a bill stating how much your meal was , even though you didnt have to pay for it , you still had to sign it and put your room number on it. We were told that we would have to pay for any bottled water. We dont know if they actually charged us for it yet, we didnt ask for any bottled water but they would bring it to your table most of the time anyway. Your drinks from the bar was the same you had to sign a ticket for those too. Every all inclusive resort that we have been to before , you just gave your room number and amount of guest and left whenever you were done. This receipt signing cost employees alot of time and cost us time that we could have been doing something fun.

This was our 3rd time here and we absolutely love it!!! The rooms are clean, the beach is Preston’s and the staff is amazing!!! We absolutely love Stephen and Leroy at Seabreeze and Oren and Lou at Gizmos make our time there feel like we’re visiting family!

Beautiful location and views. Pools and beach very nice. Quiet and relaxing. Rooms were clean and adequate. Rooftop restaurant bar and tapas was very nice and really liked the Shack for lunch! The little (not so little) grocery on site was great and so many options of wine and alcohol plus snacks and other drinks. If staying a short time this is fine as I hear prices are a bit higher than outside the resort although to me still reasonable. Need to take cabs or rent a car for anything off the resort recommend renting a car driving is pretty easy and definitely explore! Food on the island is very good.

We ended up getting one of the newly remodeled rooms. Beautiful with great views. Wonderful beach and beach club. We enjoyed the restaurant, live music, food, yummy drinks in addition to watching New Year's fireworks without the craziness of Phillipsburg. Had so much fun. Go to bakery early as it sells out fast. Great cappuccinos too. Also check out the jewelers there. I bought some very high end pieces. Love them. I will definitely be going back. Have fun!
