「I’m pretty sure I paid for a newer upgraded room, but I wasn’t in a newer room. The property really needs an update. The pool was the best part. If you’re not in the hotel all day long then don’t worry about it, but if you are going to stay in the hotel, I would look at other accommodations.」

The beach was one of the biggest letdowns there was very little actual beach space, and it was not swimmable, which completely undermines the vacation experience. Had a problem with all the stairs--I missed any mention that this type of room was on the third floor. I would have booked something on the first floor if I had known.
