「We had a great condo, well furnished, beds were great, great view except for the railing being so high on the lanai. Also, cooking pans and knives could use an update. Waves are rough on this side of the island so you must travel to snorkel.」

「Loved the private beach area with umbrellas and chairs , pool area, restaurant on site with delicious breakfast and dinner options. The swim up bar was very enjoyable. The staff was sooooo friendly and our rooms were SPOTLESS. Gift shop on site was as good as going out shopping around… and the market on the premises has anything you forgot. We took family pics out on the beach one night. Only negative was the bar down the street you can hear the music late at night. But as far as this property…....

「This is a great vacation spot in Simpson Bay. My wife and I celebrated our 25th here. The location and views are perfect. Walking distance to everything Simpson Bay and a great starting point for the whole island ( you need a car). Accommodations are as they look in the photos and the owners are attentive to all needs. Fully recommend. You won’t go wrong. 」
