The property is well kept, great location and excellent beach access. Can’t review the food because we didn’t have any lunch or dinner at the resort. The distance from everything was great and the restaurants and markets surrounding the resort was great. Highly recommend for families traveling with kids.

We have stayed at the Royal Palm several times with zero complaints, or issues. Beautiful spot on a beautiful island. Easy access to everything, and the staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs!

We stayed in a three bedroom three bath walk out to the beach villa. It was perfect. Beach wasn’t crowded and we didn’t have to fight for a palapa. The water was clear and clean. No seaweed. My only small recommendation for the hotel would be for them to bring in some more sand for the beach. Great location an you can walk to many restaurants and some shops. There is a small convenience store on site which was great. Don’t hesitate just book it.

Pros 1. Staff outside of the last bartenders were great 2. Beach is beautiful 3. Room was very nice 4. Centrally located - restaurants and bars are walkable Cons 1. If you have young kids or if you’re interested in music at the pool this resort is NOT for you 2. If you don’t like bartenders yelling at your young kids because they are having fun in the shallow end of the pool this resort is NOT for you 3. The rules clearly cater towards an older demographic NOT families with young kids I get the owners are a priority but we spent money to stay there and should be able to enjoy our stay without security regulating pool toys or reggae music on your personal speaker.

Impecable, maintained and clean. The rooms are huge with 2 large bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and a kitchen with all appliances. There is also a large sitting room with a pull out and we didn’t Even use due to the sheet size of the entire hotel room!I love that every room faces the ocean. The beds are comfortable. The staff was Kind, they weren’t out of the way friendly but answered all questions we had. The Beach is kept free of sargum. The neighboring Beach had some one Morning but the Hilton’s beach was always clean. My only complaint would be the noise from the bar across the street goes on til 2 am. This only affects one of the bedrooms facing that direction. It would be nice if the hotel included ear plugs and a white noise machine for that room.

Everyone was nice. Loved our stay. The oceanview 2 bedroom 2 bath accommodation we had for a family of 4 was great. The ocean view in the living room and the balcony were really beautiful. Although weather was windy and the beach water is a bit cold when you first go in, the water is so calm and clear, no waves as they are coves. The pool is heated. Excellent place to stay near the airport. It has a lot of restaurants around but we had breakfasts in the Cabana Bar and Grill twice.

Clean room, nicely appointed. Great views of the pool area and ocean. Breakfast out in front of the bay was really an unexpected positive. Family loved that everyday. Great location close to lots of restaurants and activities. Only complaint is the karaoke bar across the street which didn’t bother me so much but the light sleepers were a little impacted.

We have stayed many times at the Hilton Royal Palm and always love it. We stayed in the West Wing which tends to be quieter at night. Resort is clean and well kept, staff is very friendly and helpful and it is conveniently located to many restaurants. It’s not on the best beach on the island but it’s still fine especially for kids.

It's a nice resort with a beautiful view of the boats. There was a beach but the water was rocky with seaweed and was more of a harbor/marina feel. The staff was very nice but the concierge was extremely pushy about trying to get us to go to their 90 minute presentation, even after we said we weren't interested. It was really offputting, so instead of feeling like we could go ask the concierge for recommendations in the area, we avoided eye contact with her the whole time. Also, the nightclub Nowhere Special across the street was extremely loud every night from 9pm to after 2am. The room we were in was so loud it was like they were in our living room. I wouldn't stay there again unless I was guaranteed a room without the noise!
