「The resort is beautiful and quiet. The beach is very small but it’s clean. The restaurants are good. The rooms could be clean better. Some of the staff makes you feel unwanted mainly the housekeeping staff. If the beach was bigger and some entertainment I would definitely return back to the resort.」

「Janhila at check in was fabulous and accommodating!!! Great service!! The room was fantastic, spacious, clean, large balcony, and full kitchen. The staff work very hard and this resort is immaculate. 2 great beaches and decent snorkeling.. loved the pool and Cornelia at towel hut was the best!! A big perk was the ice machine in the room freezer..great for mixed drinks on the balcony. We got a 1L bottle of rum for 10$ down road. 「Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time.」

「Very nice and quiet resort」

「We recently stayed at Sonesta and while the hotel itself is beautiful with amazing views and a great location, our experience was unfortunately very frustrating. Upon check-in, we specifically booked an ocean view room but were initially given Room 101, which had a parking lot/front entrance view instead. After having to make a fuss, we were finally moved to Room 311, which was much better. However, on days 2 and 3, the AC stopped working. On top of that, there was heavy construction going on...
