「Beautiful property and excellent location. Room recently renovated was very nicely appointed, though it always had a peculiar smell that many people have complained about. Apparently their water supply to the rooms has too much sulfur is my understanding. Staff, from top-down, need to have some serious insightful discussions as to how to treat guests. From check-in to check-out they act as though they didn’t want to be bothered. Had planned to stay onsite as much as possible using the restaurant...

「Exceeded our expectations. The hotel is in a very convenient location, beautiful property. The staff is amazing, very helpful and even surprised us with room upgrade. The rooms are very clean and had everything we needed. Couldn’t ask for more.」

「Everyone was nice. Loved our stay. The oceanview 2 bedroom 2 bath accommodation we had for a family of 4 was great. The ocean view in the living room and the balcony were really beautiful. Although weather was windy and the beach water is a bit cold when you first go in, the water is so calm and clear, no waves as they are coves. The pool is heated. Excellent place to stay near the airport. It has a lot of restaurants around but we had breakfasts in the Cabana Bar and Grill twice. 」

「Omg! Sint Marteen was AMAZING the resort, PERFECT! Staff were so nice & friendly! They kept me laughing. The stay was so comfortable. I would stay here EVERY TIME! I absolutely loved it! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 」

「Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view.
The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay.
Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time.」
