「位置就在海邊，可惜我們訂了海景房，但飯店有在施工，窗外都是鷹架很影響觀感，而且室內燈光太暗了。 但整體人員都很親切、服務很好。」

「The staff were lovely, breakfast was excellent, the restaurant didn't open till 6pm, so as we were going out we ordered bar food, which was ok, tasty but nothing special, convenient for us though.again the staff were lovely, We asked to change rooms because of a small problem,it was done without any fuss. It is slowly being renovated and just had lovely New windows in the lounge, some of the rooms need updating and the secret balcony could do with abit of TLC,, but it's a beautiful old building,...

「Toilet seat was hanging off. Had to wait to get checked in, sea gulls kept us awake all night. Not an aera I recommend.」

「We stayed over for the concert at the open air. The hotel was clean and well maintained- all the staff were polite and friendly. Our room was clean. The bar was lovely and the restaurant and breakfast was perfect. The en-suite was very small but clean. The only thing that would have meant full star rating would have been a better parking arrangement, - a quality mattress and blackout curtains. That being said we would definitely stay here again.」

No view whatsoever No towels supplied on a &200 a night cabin ? Paid for four nights I left after one night ?? There is a shop but it shuts at 18-00 ?? They think this place is up market ? Long way to go .」

「Staff are really great and friendly! The room we stayed is near the alley which is noisy during the night that we couldn’t sleep well. And the pillows are flat that are not comfortable. 」

「We had no running hot water other than the electric shower. No wardrobe just hangers on hooks. TV was the size of an iPad. Bottom bed sheet too small and forever coming off. Needs to be clearer when it states breakfast included but it is only cereal. Outside seating area not suitable as soiled with seagulls droppings」

「Very dirty and unpleasant atmosphere. Everything broken . It is like hell. Would not recommend to anyone. Nothing is useful. This place should be locked and banned for use .」

「We were given a room inferior than what we booked. Apart from that breakfast was nice, room was clean. Checked on at 3 but room only available after 4.」

「The only problem was the shower hose had a rip and had gaffer tape on top but still leaked water everywhere and we had to take shower head off and use the ripped hose to have a clean while holding it」
