Beautiful hotel.

Great spot for a first time trip to NYC, was close to everything and the hotel was amazing from top to bottom. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Hotel was super clean. Staff was wonderful. Nice variety for breakfast and very good coffee. easy access to the subway. Not in the best neighborhood but didn’t have any problems whatsoever. Water pressure was fantastic and very hot water… Will definitely stay there again

Convenient location; pleasant staff. Confused about cost of breakfast. Thought it was included, but was charged a large amount for the meals.

Very clean. The staff is wonderful and helpful, super friendly. Excellent hotel and will stay here again---

Hotel was great, good location just around Times Square and comfortable room and bathroom, staff was polite… the only complaint was at the checkout I was about to book an uber to the airport for $120 (total with tolls) and the lady in the staff told us we could use the taxi outside the hotel and they will charge us the same $120.. on the way to the airport the driver told us the tolls were not included nor the taxes and tip, we ended paying $145 instead of the $120 and I think the hotel staff...

Clean and great staff

Travel to NY often. The Arlo always is a great stay. Clean, smells amazing, good vibes, friendly/stylish staff, great decor, reasonably priced. Just do it. Stay here. Perfect for solo travel.

Excellent staff, very polite, accommodating and welcoming. Its minutes walk away from Times Square. Everything is near by. I love staying here. Always my go to hotel. Thanks

Great location and facility

Nice bakery for breakfast.

Amazing

Hotel was conveniently located in midtown manhattan and close to many attractions. It was also close to a subway station which was great for our first time navigating the subway. Close to many food options as well

This hotel is fantastic. The breakfast, staff, and rooms are really nice.

Very clean beautiful rooms and great hot breakfast

Front desk staff was excellent. Hotel was clean, quiet

this hotel is incredibly convenient to Manhattan. The ferry dock is right at the hotel which runs to 34th st. If the ferry isn’t your thing, theirs a bus stop about a block from the hotel, offers service to the PATH bus depot at 42nd st and 8th Ave. the hotel is the first stop on the route, so it’s really quick.

Great location would stay there again.

The staff were very kind and helpful!

Ok let's get into it!! Let's start with Cynthia who works the front desk (I think she's one of the leads)! She was dope! (For those who don't understand the lingo lol) she was amazing!! Super professional extremely pleasant and welcoming and very helpful! The decor of the hotel is not your average decor! It's gives a bit of tribal history from the works of art throughout the hotel! It gives Dominican culture as well with a splash of the Dominican salons! I have stayed in resorts and hotels all...
