"Check in was awful. Long line across the lobby. Major issues with the terminal that was used to check us in, to the point where 20 minutes later they finally asked us to go to a different staff member to start the process all over again. The hotel itself and the room we stayed in were pretty nice."

"The Millenium staff was wonderful. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and courteous. The location was the big selling point. Right in Time Square and walking distance to shows and other sights. "

"Room was clean and house keeping was on their job from Day 1. WiFi kept dropping so really didn’t get to enjoy that. Grab and go breakfast was horrible. I ask the staff for water after they gave me a bay orange juice. She said I could only get one drink per ticket. The main good perk was how close the hotel was to time square. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to help us when we arrived. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is the elevators. You have to wait a crazy long time for them. When we were there only two of the three were functioning which made it worse. So we ended up going up to then eventually come down to the lobby. Seemed like the only way to get on an elevator. Otherwise we would likely stay again. Staff were friendly. "

"My room, and all public areas were absolutely pristine. My room was gorgeous, spare, fresh. However, it received direct afternoon sun on a warm day. The air conditioning was not working, so it got uncomfortably warm in my room. The rooftop restaurant advertised is no longer open. However, this was an extremely good value and I would stay here again in a heartbeat, "
