「This was a great stop for me and my family. It’s a holiday inn not a Hilton, but was Clean, comfortable, good location. We forgot a medication in the fridge and the front desk had it for us! Would stay here again, the staff is caring and responsive.」

「I have stayed at the Nyack Hotel before and had a good experience, which is why this last stay was so disappointing. After driving four hours from Boston, I arrived around 12:15 a.m. and was exhausted. There was a large wedding party at the hotel, and when I went to check in there were only about three groups ahead of me. Unfortunately, there was only one front desk agent working. Each group seemed to take an extremely long time because there were lengthy conversations, multiple payment...

Room/bathroom was very clean; Maria at the front desk is wonderfully accommodating; breakfast is hot, with nice options (scrambled eggs, pancakes, French toast, hash browns, sausage, bacon); walkable to downtown.」

「All was excellent: the room’s cleanliness, condition, and location. It was very quiet too, a needed quality for my husband’s health issues. The location to outside needs and visits was perfect.」

「It was near a major highway which made it easy to get to but unfortunately there was a few loud vehicles that passed at night which were very loud. All hotels will occasionally have an extra loud motorist so I can't blame the hotel. Very large shopping center nearby was worth the visit」

「The property is old/dated/in poor repair totally unlike any other Hampton Inn that I have stayed at. My ac unit was squeaking and when I called the front desk to see if we could change rooms the front desk told me to stay in the same room because if I switched to another room the ac may not work as well. Time to put some money into the place or close. You give Hampton Inn a bad name.」

「I’m very disappointed with our stay. We’ve stayed here many times over the years and have never had a negative experience, which makes this visit especially disappointing. I’m not sure if it’s related to the ResortPass guests, but people were arriving as early as 8:00 a.m., placing towels on lounge chairs, and then leaving for hours without ever using the pool. As a result, there were virtually no chairs available for guests who were actually at the pool. To make matters worse, this morning...

「The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. But we were disappointed with a few things: 1) We arrived to find the air conditioning not working. And even after they fixed the thermostat, the air conditioning did not dehumidify the room properly. 2) The room darkening shades were not long enough. They ended before the end of the wall. So they were not so room darkening. 3) We were billed twice for our stay.」
