「I stay at Holiday Inn hotels quite often and have always been very satisfied with my experiences. Unfortunately, this stay was a disappointing exception. We arrived at around 9:00 PM. There were two employees at the front desk. The woman who checked us in greeted us with such an unfriendly expression that I honestly felt like apologizing just for walking in. 「The location is very convenient and right off the main route 59 so that you have access in a minute without hearing the traffic in your room. The place is clean. the staff is friendly. The parking is free, close and easy. They have a bell cart. The only reason I rated it 4 stars rather than 5 is water pressure. It is practically non-existent. Other than that, I'll be back!」

「Room was clean and pleasant. Lots of parking. Staff was very accomodating and very helpful. Nearby shops are available but need to travel since hotel is along the main road. Palisades mall across the hotel.」
