I had a hard time reaching the phone number given to call 24/7. I finally got hold of someone by calling the emergency number. They were able to assist me with the issue that i had.

The hotel is in a decent area, I liked the late check-in but after my experience we just wanted to leave. The staff is unprofessional rude and just bluntly ghetto. They talk about the patrons right in of them. Do NOT stay here! 2 Star hotel at max!
I would not fo there again since UmI cannot rely on them having good heaters and minimAl things working in the room like a phone

We stayed 2 different Quality Inns this month. Overall, Quality Inn are not good. Out of our future selection. Comfort Inn is good, Will be in our future selection list.
People were very nice; rooms looked a little tired.
