「Our stay was over four nights. There was no breakfast as their restaurant had closed. I requested a foam pillow as I suffer from a severe allergy to down/feathers. I was told that the hotel did not have any. Throughout my extensive travels, I have never experienced this. One would expect the hotel to be more accommodating even to send a staff member out to buy a few pillows in order to protect their guests (This is not an uncommon allergy and can cause the throat to close.)
