「Beautiful new hotel with very welcoming and helpful staff.」

「The property was well maintained and the room was clean and spacious. Given that the hotel is new there are a few enhancements that would improve the overall experience. Each room should be equipped with a safe and a coffee maker as opposed to a tea pot with pouch coffee would be an improvement. A second luggage stand along with a small microwave in the suite kitchenette would also be useful.」

「I was on vacation alone and had some dirty clothes piled up, but when I checked in I was told the laundry room was not available. I spent over an hour getting my laundry done at a laundromat 20 miles away. I was very disappointed.」

「This is a gem I found when looking for a halfway spot to spend the night on my recent trip. A beautiful and unique 1-bedroom with a living room and kitchen for about the same price as an off-the-highway generic hotel. It was only five minutes off the highway and very accessible. Try it, you'll love it!」

「The rooms need serious attention when it comes to cleanliness. The bedsheets are often not clean, and the reception area is consistently dusty. On one occasion, I even had to clean my room myself, which was very disappointing. That said, the front desk staff are great and always friendly and helpful.」
