I liked the cleanliness. I did not care for the thin walls, I could hear surrounding rooms and felt the bed hitting the wall next to me. The bed frame seemed a little unsturdy. But overall I enjoyed my stay.

VERY SATISFIED

The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful in so many ways. Our room was large and there were so many places we could put our food and belongings. Couch and footstools are very handy to have. If you're coming from out of state and need a king bed, you have to bring your own dishes, pots and pans. These are provided only in first floor rooms with 1 queen bed and a dishwasher. It was easy to get around from the location of the hotel and the gym was nice to have. Reasonably priced and a nice place to stay when spending more than a week.

It was clean. Staff was nice. While the rooms were suites with Kitchenettes, there were no dishes, silverware, cooking utensils/pans. Although it was nice to have a full size fridge, and microwave. We were not able to take advantage of the stovetop. On a separate note, I paid close to $660/5 nights, when we checked in the sign read $460/week.

Two night stay at extended stay hotel

Really more of an extended stay type place. The room was spacious but simple. Even though the reservation was for 3 people we were only given 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths and no hand towels. Upon request we got a third bath towel. It served our purpose fine.

First off there was a light shining in the window that was as bright as the sun! Needs some kind of blackout curtain! It was only 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper 🙄 property was extremely clean as it was new!

New hotel

Very nice hotel. New building. No coffee maker in room. No blow dryer in room. Mini kitchen and big refridgerator. I could hear someone stopping around on floor above me at 4am. Ignorant people. I walk softly if i get up at night.

The problem was the room had yet to be cleaned when we checked in but the staff cleaned it within 20 minutes of our arrival. Had it not been so late, around 10:30, so it was a bit of a pain staying out of our room at the time.

No frills, but clean and friendly

Very clean but basic. No iron/ironing board or hair dryer in room - but not a deal breaker. Very clean room and common areas. Very secure with cards for entry to common areas. Loading/unloading at front is not covered so we got soaked in the rain, so prepare accordingly for weather. All staff was extremely nice and professional. Room had full size fridge, microwave and a cook top. Bed/pillows were a bit uncomfortable and basic but manageable. Definitely better than the other “no frills” hotels in the area. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family.

Disappointed with refund policy

I am a travel nurse that has stayed repeatedly at WoodSpring suites. I have yet to have any of my incidental charges refunded to me. I have talked to the hotel and to company help line. I will have to despite the charges on my credit card if I can’t get my money back.

Didn't have a room coffee pot, nor hair dryer. Given only one towel and wash cloth per day. Shower curtain was moldy. Too noisey (thin walls). Bare bones. Wish I had known. Fend for your own self in all areas. Had to take my own towels down to change them.
