Every details are taken care of for example: after the Bluejays game last Friday there was 2 staff member offering water bottles for free upon our arrival. Thank you, i really appreciated that water. "Decent hotel for a falls view but the line to check in took an hour and it was early April and mid week. I can’t imagine the wait during peak tourist season. The property is aging and furniture is scuffed laminate wood. The casino in front is definitely an eye sore. "
