「Convenient location, from union train station, u can go all the way covered to the hotel. Modern design with modern art throughout, including outside of building walls. With all essentials needed for traveller. Staff at concierge are friendly and helpful. 」

「Had to pay for breakfast due to not receiving buffet vouchers because we booked our stays through Expedia and not directly with the hotel. The breakfast was deliciously satisfying but very expensive. The pools were nice but they should invest in fixing the indoor hot tub. It’s all starting to look and feel very dated and run down. 」

「Not so great options for the breakfast. Not everybody eats HAM/pork. No option for chicken or turkey sausage options for breakfast. Hot tub was broken because it would randomly turn on and off on it's own. I was there for three days and though the lady cleaned my room she would not vacuum the room which is disappointing. 」
