My friends and I got the 2 connected rooms for one night and it was awesome! Very nice views from the room and everything is clean. Only thing is parking that weekend was 50$ a car overnight which is a bit much but I guess expected for a holiday weekend.

Thank you so very much for the complimentary upgrade at the Hilton in Niagara Falls due to plumbing issues at the Oakes hotel. Our stay at the Hilton was fabulous and the fact that the OLG stage is in the same building it was so easy to get to our concert in the evening. The staff at the Oakes were so kind to inform me of the upgrade and provided easy directions to access the Hilton. The staff at the Hilton were exceptional too! My family loved the Infinity pool with the beautiful views of the Falls. Thanks again!

We recently stayed at the Hilton near the new casino in Niagara Falls and had a mixed experience with breakfast à la carte. While the service from the entire staff was truly impeccable and attentive from start to finish, we found the pricing for breakfast to be quite unreasonable. Dining as a party of one adult and two children, the meal consisted of a three-egg omelette for myself, a two-pancake breakfast for each of the girls, two apple juices, and a coffee. The bill came to nearly $100, which felt excessively high for the portions and items received. Outstanding hospitality goes a long way, and the service team certainly delivered, but the breakfast value ultimately missed the mark for us.

Budget friendly stay during busy season. Don't use the toilet it will get clogged. They upgrade you from a river view to a falls view when in reality its all a falls view. Parking is crazy expensive and its not sheltered parking. Next door is cheaper and its a parking garage. Location is great close to everything. Beds are not comfortable at all and the Observation deck is not a deck its a hallway. All the rooms have a view so to pay extra for something that you get anyways is stupid.

The view is a 10, if you stay in the Falls View room. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful as well. We stayed on the 13th floor, which was perfect. The hotel is older and feels somewhat like that, but the view totally makes up for it. The bed was better than average. The jacuzzi room is larger, and ours had a sofabed in a side room with its own TV (we did not need that, but it was nice and we used it for our luggage). There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. You can also walk to the Falls or take the elevator tram down to the street level where Horseshoe Falls is. Definitely stay on the Canadian side; the view is better. This was on my bucket list, and I feel completely elated with the view and our excursions. Make sure to do the Journey Behind the Falls and the boat to Horseshoe Falls! My rating is really a 4.5.

The view of the Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls from the picture window in our room welcomed us as we entered. It was spectacular. Every night at 10:00 we were treated with a 5-minute fireworks show, which was awesome. Beds were comfortable and the room was well-sized. There were sufficient toiletries. There was a refrigerator but the room could have benefitted from a coffeemaker and a small microwave. There was coffee and a microwave in the lobby, however. The Applebees next door is a convenient spot to get a bite to eat especially for breakfast which Internet service was terrible. Most of the time we had one or at most two bars, but only intermittently. At the end of July, be sure to close the drapes at night, otherwise you’ll be blinded by the rising sun.

We arrived at 1:30 and the check in time was at 4. We wanted to see if we could check in early, but they said to come back at 4. We came back at 4 and the room still wasn’t ready. We got to our room at 4:45. They did not even apologize or give us anything for the inconvenience. When we got into the room, we found food on the floor and a used contact lens in the bathroom. We asked them to clean the room the next day and they never showed up. The view from the room was amazing, but that was the only redeeming factor for this hotel.

We stayed at the Tower Room overlooking the falls. The view was amazing. You get to see the falls very clearly. We were in the 11th floor and still the views were good. We went in the summer time. So, we could also see the fireworks cleanly from the room. No obstruction at all. The location is also perfect. Very close to the cable cars that take you down to the main attractions. Perfect location. These are the good part. Now comes the other side. The room was not clean. There was hair stuck on the hair dryers. The bathroom shower curtain was not clean. The carpet had a moist/wet smell to it. The elevators were suuuuuper slow. The parking is not free (as I assume is with most places in this area). Without the location and view this becomes a ~$80/night or less kind of hotel. You pay for the view. You pay for the location. But nothing else. We could not check out any of the amenities in the hotel. But we walked by the pool and I would likely have not gone to it even if I had the time. They give you a sheet of discounts and vouchers at check-in, but again, we could not make use of it. We did go to the Maple Place but the tour was anyways free. The voucher did not matter in that case. Hyatt (right next door) appears to be a bit far away, but they have the height advantage. So, the higher rooms will likely have better views. But it is also more expensive that this place. But I assume it will be very clean. Same goes with Marriott, but that is a bit more away than Hyatt.

The view was incredible, it sort of took away from the negativity of the hotel.The first room was literally on top of a restaurant and seemed like a storage closet made into a bedroom. We quickly changed and moved to another room.The pool and so called gym was terrible.

Amazing view from our room of the Canadian and American side of the falls. Clean and spacious room, perfect location. Could watch the fireworks from our room.
