「It’s a nice hotel connected to the Alerus center. There is a cafe and Tavern attached also.」

「Easy to get to off the highway. This was our 2nd stay, on the first stay we were on the 4th floor. Nice modern room. On the second stay we were on the third floor, what a difference. The room was older and showed its age. Breakfast the first stay was typical, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. the coffee machine was broken though but coffee was available in carafes. The second visit breakfast was biscuits and gravy, absolutely no protein option. The coffee machine was still broken and they...

「The pool and breakfast were great! Downside of the pool was the birthday party happening which made it less enjoyable. Cleaning and breakfast staff were great!」

「The desk clerk on arrival was yawning in our faces & had a generally surly manner. There was a light out in our bathroom. The facility was very clean, with comfortable beds. Location was great!」

「The room was very clean, breakfast was was hot and area was clean, Staff was always available and attentive. My only complaint is that the "hot" tub was only luke warm and there was no jets. There was another guest in the pool area that was also upset for the same reason.」

「I didn’t like that there was no booklet explaining the features of the hotel in our room. I had to call the front desk to ask how to connect to the wifi.」

「The shower in the bathroom had the epoxy seal pealing off and hair on the walls on arrival. There were also hand prints on the head board. Breakfast was good but I did notice a sausage in the floor when I got down there which was not on the breakfast selections so it must’ve been from a day or more prior. Overall, would not recommend.」

「Outdated. Not the best.」

「Seemed to be poorly managed. Only one person to manage the front desk and the breakfast area in the mornings. Moldings missing in the bathrooms. Provisions for pictures in the walls with no pictures. Housekeeping person in the hall with no Kleenex to cover for insufficient amount in the room. Toilet broke and would not flush even if you tried to fix it. Unfriendly staff and ill prepared. Coffee maker extremely dirty and overused. Asked for a newer one and brought another old one from another...

「Clean and comfortable. Very helpful and personable breakfast attendant. Conveniently located for national park visit」
