The room was clean. A bit outdated but the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay. No meat with the scrambled eggs. Only potatoes and biscuits and gravy. When we told them at checkout about a faulty heater/air conditioner, he said he didn’t know if maintenance would get to it because there was always something breaking down. I do not plan to come back to this motel.

Entered room to 2 used towels (1 in shower and 1 hanging behind bathroom door), no clean towels and a stained bedspread. Immediately reported to staff at front desk, received towels for the night but did not receive any additional towels or any evidence of housekeeping staff in our room. No one came to take dirty towels out either. Stayed 3 nights and had multiple rooms and none of us had any housekeeping services. Hotel was packed due to graduation in town. Obvious that hotel was incredibly understaffed. Breakfast was pitiful. Ran out of everything multiple times and replacement of items was about 1/4 of what was needed to accommodate all the guests. Coffee frequently gone. Staff was nice but never seemed to do much about any of the issues. Manager was non-existent. Really disappointed but all hotels were booked so had no other option but to deal with it. Would not recommend.

I stay at EverSpring inn all the time when I am going home down south and this is the first time I have a not so perfect thing to say. First thing i was on the second floor and most of the night i heard people moving things around, in my room my bed did not look totally done was missing top spread (Bed was clean) then I had no towels not one had to go to the front desk. I am not sure if the service went down over here because they bought the hotel behind this one but it should not matter because the prices are about the same I understand that things happen but I atleast expect my room to be full of everything we need.

Out of coffee. No clean towels. Trash cans over flowing. Air vents need cleaning. Breakfast items not kept appropriately warm. Juice watery. Staff was trying their best but not enough staff to keep up with the capacity of the hotel.

Tried calling so many times to order the shuttle from the airport and it went to an automated service then that hung up on us. Finally got the front desk person and ordered the shuttle for 12:15am, (our flight landing time was 11:43) we didn't want them to have to wait so long for us so we requested 12:15. The front desk person told us to call when we land so when we landed we called while waiting for our luggage and again NO answer 10 times and I'm not kidding. Finally answered and it was about 12:13 so we asked if the shuttle was on it's way. He checked and said the shuttle had been there and left. He texted the driver and he said he had called us but we didn't answer but would come back to the airport. The driver showed up and we found out the hotel gave him our home number not our cell number. Then we got to the hotel, got to our room, went to shower and there was 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel (There were 2 of us staying) so I called the desk and he did bring more towels, wash clothes and a bath mat. Went to shower and NO body wash in the dispenser or it didn't dispense we couldn't tell if it was empty or not working. Also the ice machine on floor 3 wasn't working/no ice either. We went for breakfast and there wasn't any staff around, there was only 2 egg omelet things and 3 sausage links and no one ever showed up while we were there (about 15-20 mins) to refill them. We stayed at this hotel in the past but don't plan to stay again. Haven't heard from the manager!!!

Room and bed had hair from previous occupants. Sink drain was completely plugged and no maintenance person available to fix. We were given another room but the shower drain was plugged. Showering in ankle deep water, not pleasant. Stay away from this neglected hotel.

Listing says there’s a pool and hot tub. There’s only a hot tub. The breakfast is only until 9:30 so my husband and I missed it both days by 5 minutes as were used to it ending at 10. Weekends we like to sleep in. Room is very bare bones- no coffee machine and not even a paper and pen.

The property was understaffed and as a result there was minimal breakfast and front desk staff had to restock food and mind the front desk. Guests were ordering food at McDonalds for children.

We had to stay here for a hockey tournament, and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. We ended up having to go out for breakfast and coffee every day. When we asked if we could have breakfast the following morning, staff were quite rude and dismissive, saying it was no big deal since it’s complimentary anyway. Housekeeping was also an issue, garbage wasn’t changed and fresh towels weren’t provided. We had to ask multiple times, and only some of us eventually received towels. The rooms themselves were run down and not very clean. Overall, the listing is very misleading the photos online appear to be of the EveSpring Inn & Suites, not the actual EverSpring Inn we stayed at.
