This motel is undergoing badly needed renovations. The door to my room took a lot of force to close, tub drained Really slowly so I was standing in water while showering, and the toilet ran continuously unless I messed with the handle. The breakfast area was obviously temporary and what was offered was very minimal. Consider offering a construction discount.

We could not stay here. They did not have the room we booked available. Was supposed to be handicap accessible and pet friendly and it was neither. So we had to try to find another hotel/room at 1:30 am that could accomodate.

Room wasn't clean and had a bad odor. A hot breakfast buffet was advertised on their website but that wasn't true. Seemed to be construction of some kind going on. Breakfast sandwiches and yogurt were available in a small table-top fridge with a sign that said "One sandwich per person" taped to the fridge door.

I know this hotel is in the midst of renovation but I do not remember anything about that being mentioned when I made the reservation! One of our rooms had stopped up shower, toilets were slow to flush! Wallpaper peeling off walls, doors to rooms very difficult to unlock! Very disappointed in this property!

The guy at the front desk was great. He politely asked me if I would consider being on the 2nd floor in a bigger room. He said that he had quite a few elderly people coming in for an event and was trying to save ground floor rooms for them. I thought it was great how well he knew his upcoming customers and was thinking ahead for them. I've been in customer service my whole career so I truly appreciate a person who puts in the time and effort to know their clients and plan ahead.

None of the ice machine or vending machines worked. There was hair in my towels, and the shower drain was clogged. I was not able to shower after my significant other due to the amount of water still in the tub. The elevators also didn't work.

Upon arrival they told me the pool is being remodeled with a tough luck attitude. First room I was put in the sink drain was stuck close, the ac smelled, and the wallpaper was peeling. None of the pictures on Expedia are accurate to what this place looks like. The second room smelled better, still had wall paper peeling, the toilet ran, and the shower drain would drain slowly, by the end of the shower there was a puddle of water covering your feet. The free breakfast was put out on 2 fold out tables and they allowed you to take 1 Jimmy dean breakfast sandwich.

We were disappointed to find that the pool (which looked like a nice area) area was not accessible due to reconstruction even though no work was being done on the pool. Wish this was known before booking. Breakfast was also make shift due to construction. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We weren’t notified that the pool and hot tub were shut down, the usual breakfast was also shut down. Overall poor stay especially since we had a little one with us. We were offered free cancellation from hotel but would’ve had to fought with Expedia for a refund.

I don't recommend staying at this hotel. The pictures on line are very misleading. The whole hotel is in the need of remodeling. The lobby was shabby. The room was in need of repair and remodeling There were 2 holes in wall, the wallpaper was coming loose and ceiling damage. The room was not clean and lighting in the parking lot was dim.When we arrived at door 3 there was a group of people standing outside smoking and doing whatnot. The kitchen was closed due to a fire from someone off the street. The pool and hot tub was closed. I feel that Expedia should not have it on it's web site. I wish I had read more reviews before booking here.
