「Our check in process was not very smooth, we had our small dog with us also which when booking it said pet friendly and it ended up being $50 a day to have her with us which online it showed a $25 pet fee. The whole first floor smelled like sewer on more than 1 occasion and the beds were not good… they were so uncomfortable.」

「Hot tub was luje warm. The skeleton crew could barely keep up with taking care of basic amenities. The breakfast eggs, donuts and muffins were fine. The bacon was seriously undercooked, I microwaved mine to bring it up to a palatable state. 」

Unfortunately our bathroom floor could have been cleaner, the sheets on our bed did not seem to fit properly, and the guests above us made so much banging/pounding noises but staff was willing to help intervene once I informed them. 「4 pillows on the bed and another in the closet. Turn the ice maker on when you get there, it makes 8 cubes an hour. The tv brightness flickered. 」

「The hotel smelled bad like mold and Indian cooking. The room was clean but I did not have a wastebasket . I think someone was cooking in a room close to me late in the evening. I was glad to leave.」

「When you get there, you have to ring a bell, and the person comes to greet you. She was very kind and friendly however, the room had about 10 flies for some reason and a bunch of dead flies on the floor overall pretty filthy a bunch of hair on the floor Everywhere that had never been swept up from the last person was unable to take a shower because only water came from the tub faucet and not the showerhead above. Definitely asked to see the room before you accept it. It was OK for a one night...
