Room wasn't that clean. It's not a cheery place. They turned the water off @ 9am for maintenance, yet didn't inform me that it was going to happen.

Heck of a deal for a very nice hotel. Was not busy. Main issue was that the person checking us in could not find our reservation. Not by my name, reservation date, or reservation number. After about 15 mins she found it, not sure by which information. Glad I had the reservation receipt on my phone. ...
