"The suite we had was clean but the furniture (chairs and sofa) were stained and worn. Room beds were comfortable."

"There is always "remodeling" at this hotel though I have yet to see an updated room. Our room was outdated, dirty, and certainly not reflective of the price. There was also about a 2 inch clearance from the floor to the bottom of the door, which made me feel very unsafe."

"The staff was very friendly, and the room was very comfortable. you could tell the property is dated, but they do keep it clean. They don’t have any elevators on the property and that is fine. Just one suggested if someone has any kind of disability and has to be on the top floor. It’s also located in a very convenient area near the mall and everything else. "

"The hot tubs and pool were great. They open at 7am, so we hopped in for an early swim rather than fight the crowds in the evening--they were sold out the weekend we stayed. Breakfast was delicious. The main area is a great little oasis to enjoy breakfast or to hang out and chat. We really loved the vibe of this hotel."
